Novemberís Business of the month: Freeman School District
A rural school district located just off of Highway 27, Freeman School District serves 850 students and their families from the surrounding communities of Hangman, Mica, Mt. Hope, Rockford, and Valleyford.†† With their 60th anniversary fast approaching in 2015, Freeman School District has a lot to celebrate!† Freeman has something to offer learners of all ages: Freeman High School was recently named the top high school in the state, the Middle School recently underwent extensive renovations, and the district even houses an inclusive preschool and childcare.† High school students can participate in a variety of extracurricular activities including athletics, FFA, Conservation Club, and FBLA.† Want to learn more?† Stop by their web page at http://www.freemansd.org/ and show the Scotties some love.
